Yogurt is not only good for your stomach but it’s also an excellent detox food that helps the liver get rid of toxins. You should drink this yogurt solution everyday in the morning or before going to bed on an empty stomach. It’s very effective and you also don’t need to exercise! In about a few months you should see a difference in your health and weight.
In order to make this recipe you’ll need:
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 tbsp of lemon
- 200 ml of Greek yogurt or natural yogurt
- 30 ml of milk (optional)
And you may add some more ingredients of your choosing, like berries, for example.
